WHERE TO GO:
• Campers and gear should be dropped off in front of the Aquarium between 6:00 & 6:45
pm before parking!
• Drivers will be asked to then park their car in the garage, and can take the shuttle back
to the Aquarium to be re-united with their group.
• Staff will be waiting at the front gates to give further instructions.

PARKING:
Parking is in the garage across the street from the Aquarium and cars will be safe
all night. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $10.75 PER CAR DUE UPON
ARRIVAL! You won’t have access to your car after 7:30pm. Due to the logistics of the
program, late arrivals and early departures are STRONGLY discouraged. The garage is
locked from 7:30pm – 7am. Once the garage is locked, NJAAS staff does not have the
ability to open it. No other parking facilities are available or recommended.

SECURITY & EMERGENCIES:
NJAAS Staff is trained in Basic First Aid and CPR. In case of emergency, our Security
phone number is (856) 365-3300, ext. 7353. Please leave this number, as well as your
group number, with parents at home.

LATE ARRIVALS:
The arrival time for all Deep Sleeps is between 6pm and 6:45pm. It is strongly recommended that
your group arrive on time. The Camden Parking Authority will close the garage at 7:00 p.m. sharp and
parking for late arrivals is not secure. Our security and courtesy procedures are designed to
accommodate guest arrivals up until 6:45pm. We are not able to reschedule activities (4D Show, Behind
the Scenes Tours, Ocean Realm Show) for late groups the night of the event. In addition, the shuttle will
not be available for late arrivals.

Keep in mind that if members of your group are late:
• There are no longer attendants to point them to proper parking and unloading
• The shuttle from the parking area is no longer running
• There is no one at the Information desk to hand out schedules and unite them with your group
• They may not be able to park in the secured parking garage
• They may miss scheduled activities such as the 4D Show, Behind the Scenes Tours and other
talks and shows

If it is unavoidable that you arrive after the Check-In time, you may park in the unsecured open parking lot
At Your Own Risk. This lot is unmonitored at night. It is located across the street from the garage
building, closer to the Bridge. Follow the brick walkway around the building towards the River to the
Aquarium doors. If, upon your arrival, you find that the Aquarium doors have been locked for the night,
please contact a member of your group via cell phone, so that they may alert Security to let you in.

SATURDAY MORNING:
Please remember that everyone’s gear must be out of the Aquarium by 9:00 am. We’ll have
the shuttle running to help you get to your cars in the garage. Then, you’ll have more free time to
explore the aquarium in the morning, and the gift shop will open at 8:15am. At 9:30, we’ll be opening
the hippo, seal and penguin exhibits.

Our troop seemed to have a great time on Friday learning all kinds of circus arts skills!
The staff commented afterwards on how great our girls were:
encouraging one another, being good listeners, and trying everything with enthusiasm.

From I-95 North or South
Take I-95 to Callowhill Street exit. At the light, make a sharp right onto Callowhill Street. Follow Callowhill to Broad Street, turn right. Proceed northbound on Broad Street approximately 3 miles. The Liacouras Center will be on your left. Make a left onto Norris Street. Turn left onto 15th Street. Go past one light and the parking garage will be on the right.

From I-76 West or East
Take I-76 to Route 1 or Roosevelt Blvd. Proceed north on Route 1/Roosevelt Blvd. to the Hunting Park/Broad Street exit. Follow the exit to the end and make a right at the light onto Broad Street. Proceed southbound on Broad Street approximately 3 miles. Make a right onto Norris Street. Turn left onto 15th Street. Go past one light and the parking garage will be on the right.

Reach Out Childrens Fund Project

We will soon be sending off two large boxes of baby blankets, hats, and onesies to a small village in Peru!
